What to Expect ~

*Your ticket includes 1 miniature cocktail!

* Vodka, Whiskey and other delicious spirits and cocktails are available for purchase.

*Please arrive 15 minutes early to get a seat so we can start on time.

* I provide all the materials and set everything up.
* Our painting party is 2 hours with a break in the middle.
* I'll lead you step-by-step through our painting, all you have to do is follow instructions!
* You’ll walk away with a finished 16x20 acrylic painting on canvas that you’ve done yourself! How awesome is that?

By purchasing or using a ticket to this event, you agree to the following:

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel up to 24 hours prior to the event. Further, Bright Life Creative may cancel AT ANY TIME in the event of events beyond its reasonable control such as venue shutdowns, venue changes, power outages, COVID-19, governmental interference, internet service provider disruptions, and more.

In the event of a cancellation, credit will be issued for a future painting party. This credit is transferable and expires 1 year from original purchase date.

ALCOHOL POLICY

By participating, you acknowledge that Bright Life Creative will not provide or serve any alcoholic beverages. Further, you agree that you will not serve minors alcohol. Further, you acknowledge that Bright Life Creative Studio is not liable for any consequences of alcohol consumption including but not limited to accidents, damages or criminal culpability.

COVID-19 POLICY

You understand that you paint at your own risk. You acknowledge that reasonable precautions are being taken by Bright Life Creative Studio to keep everyone safe, but acknowledge there are risks in gathering in any circumstance. You agree that you are aware of these risks and take full responsibility for your own safety and health. Further, you agree that that Bright Life Creative Studio is not liable for any illness or sickness spread by its employees or any event attendees. You also agree to be considerate of others’ health concerns and sensitivities.

PHOTOS AND VIDEO RECORDINGS

By participating in this painting party, you understand that participants might be taking photos or videos, and permit the use of your image or likeness for personal use. Further, you acknowledge that Bright Life Creative Studio may use my image or likeness for use in social media, website or other marketing materials.

FACILITY

You agree that Bright Life Creative Studio is not liable for any type of injury or damage resulting from the use of the facility in which it holds events. Further, you agree to indemnify and hold Bright Life Creative and the facility owner harmless against any and all lawsuits that are not a result of reckless or intentional acts or omissions.
In accordance with mandates from the State of Oregon, facial coverings are required to be worn in all indoor public spaces, regardless of vaccination status. Thank you for your cooperation! Please see the terms and conditions for the full policy.

This is what I do:

Materials and supplies are sanitized before and after every painting party

I wear a mask and practice social distancing

I supply hand sanitizer and masks

For indoor private (public when possible) events, I have an air purifier running before, during and after the class, which kills viruses, bacteria and germs (UV-C technology) as well as removes allergens (HEPA filter), odors and VOC's (carbon filter)

This is what I ask participants to do:

Wear a mask when and where safety requires.

If not in the same household or pod, please respect social distancing.

Respect the health concerns and sensitivities of others attending.
